Filters for purification of water from ferrum and hardness salts
Safe drinking water is the most important factor influencing on the human health. In this regard, questions of water purification are actual both for the private consumer, and for production. LLC "Panteks" mastered output of the filter equipment from stainless steel of a food class with a productivity from 0,5 to 5 m3/hour. The filters are intended for purification of tap water from mechanical impurity of hardness salts, ferrum, manganese and from unpleasant tastes and smells, they allow to bring water quality to requirements of All-Union State Standard and the SanPiN.
The complex of water purification includes several steps:
- Coarse purification on the tanks from the mechanical and suspended impurities;
- Iron removal on the purification filter (IRF) where filter-materials such as oxidizing substance – pyrolusite grain are used – "IKIMSO - PRZ" No. 571-005-13291795 – 01;
- Removal of hardness salts on the carbonation unit of FIB system with use of high-performance ion- exchange resin which restore the properties in the regenerative process by salt brine;
- Cleaning from organic impurity, residual chlorine, unpleasant taste and smell, chromaticity improvement by using the coal filter CF: the coal activity is restored by the backwater;
The installations are recommended for application in populated places, sanatoria, schools, kindergartens, restaurants, houses, apartment buildings and in industry with small water consumption. It is possible to order and deliver filters of various standard sizes and structures with the hand-held and electronic control unit. The offered filters with rather low price are reliable, compact and easy to work with.
