Drainage system "Panteks"
Drainage system "Panteks" is intended for fittingof high-rate trickling filters, pressure filters and gravity filters with water flushing or an air flushing, also it could be used for contact clarifiers fitting.
Drainagefilters "Panteks" consist of the profile punched tube frame with longitudinal channels and holes located in chessboard order inside of them allowing as much as possible to use all surface of a filter separator for water purification and to provide uniformity of an exit of flushing water in the polluted loading with its minimum pressure.The percolation bed of the drainage tubular filter is formed by several-layered winding of multifilament polypropylene fibers with the set sponginess and penetrability.
Drainagesystem "Panteks" allows:
- to increase quality of purification of water from mechanical impurity (the size to 1-3 µm);
- to increase high-rate trickling filters productivity (due to a two-layered filtering separator and the increased area of filtration);
- to exclude the phenomenon of flashover of a filter separator of drainage filters (due to self-restoration of a winding layers structure under their separation by water flows or air stream);
- to exclude carrying out of filter loading with product water;
- to decrease the usage of energy of regeneration by 20-30% (due to decrease of operating time of pumps on loading wash);
- to reduce a quantity of gravel loading;
- to provide output of drainage filters "Panteks" of any standard size;
- to provide easeness of erection and assembly of any configuration and productivity;
- to reduce cost of purification of one cubic meter of water by 10-15%.
